what is metal element?

It’s grace and graciousness, it’s beauty but also snobbery. It’s having high and simple standards that give you the best of the best but sometimes we deprive ourselves to get the best, so It’s also deprivation. It’s precious gemstones and materials. silk, cashmere, gold, diamonds. It’s seeing life from a bigger picture, sorting the important from the unimportant. Metal gives us our authority, values, integrity and authenticity.

The energy of metal is constrictive, it’s naturally shedding what doesn’t feel like us to give us something truly like ourselves. However, this constriction can lead to a sheltered and fearful lifestyle sometimes.
